Tested the existing platform experience to uncover user pain points, common behaviors, and patternsβidentifying opportunities to improve layout and functionality.
We brought the team together for collaborative exercises to define the productβs identityβits personality, purpose, tone, and traits. From there, we generated a comprehensive list of potential names, which the team analyzed and evaluated to find the best fit.
At every project milestone, we conducted user testing on controlled prototypes to validate design decisions. Regular testing ensured that our findings guided ongoing refinements to layout, content, and navigation.
Explored a new brand identity for the platform that aligned with SEIβs system while reflecting the outcomes of the branding workshopβcovering everything from fonts and colors to iconography and component design.
Took the new brand to the next level by developing an illustration system and iterating on various ideas from the brand work.
By combining insights from user testing and our exploration, we completed the revamped employee platform with a vibrant, engaging new identity that can scale as more content is added.
